HoneyFil refund policy
The HoneyFil sixty-day satisfaction promise, set out in full.
A sixty-day satisfaction promise sits behind every HoneyFil package. What follows is that policy as published at the time of writing; the version binding your own order is the one shown at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email.
Day one is the day you order
Leading with this because it is the part people miss. The count begins when the order is placed, not when the parcel arrives. Transit is therefore spent from inside the sixty, and a delivery taking a week leaves fifty-three days to reach a decision.
Starting the process
Write to the seller’s support team while the window is open and say you would like to begin. They are US-based. Two details speed it along: the order number from your confirmation email, and the address the parcel went to.
What happens next
- Support locates the order and states whether anything needs returning
- Where a return is required they supply the address — sending a parcel without one risks it arriving with nothing to match it against
- The credit returns to the card or account that paid
- Banks usually take several working days to display it after the seller releases it
Shipping on the two-bottle package
Three and six bottles ship free inside the US, so nothing sits on that line to return. The two-bottle package has shipping added at checkout, and whether it comes back is the seller’s decision under their policy. Support can confirm it against your order.
The limits of honeeyfils.com
This site publishes and nothing more. It never handled the payment, never held the order record, never packed a box, and has no ability to release a credit. A refund request sent to our address reaches writers instead of the order desk, and redirecting you is all we can do with it. Use the support address in your confirmation email.
Catching an order early
An order still sitting in the warehouse can sometimes be cancelled outright, which resolves faster than a refund after delivery. That is worth raising within hours rather than days.
Nothing recurring
HoneyFil is charged once. There is no plan, no renewal date and no cancellation step, so nothing continues in the background after the first payment clears.
